It was so warm and comfortable and wonderful and we LOVED it! We recommend it completely and without reservation! The service was wonderful, we skied at Heavenly (AWESOME!) and had the best time!

We had a great stay at this cute warm house. It was a great fit for our two families. We had four kids and there was plenty of room for them to sleep and run around. I highly recommend this house for a vacation. Maybe we can come again next year.

AMAZING views, beautiful house and maintenance department was very prompt and helpful when we had a problem with the refrigerator. Master rooms were awesome and super large, some of the other rooms were fairly small. It was great to be able to dock our boat right out the back door, and be on the lake in minutes!

What a gem. Right off the lake with great views from the deck. We spent most of our time in the hot tub enjoying the sunset. The kitchen has everything a gourmet cook needs. We had loads of fun playing scrabble by the fireplace. It is a very warm and cozy place, filled with a lot of homey touches. A great place for a family to stay or a group of friends looking for something a little less corporate. It has loads of character and we really enjoyed staying there. We highly recommend this vacation rental home!

I really loved this place. It was perfect for our party of 7 + a toddler. Nice detail throughout the house, loved the kitchen, and the location was perfect - close to the casinos & heavenly resort.

The condo was clean with big rooms. Great privacy for a condo, and although we didn’t have a boat, it was cool to be right on the water. We bought a fishing pole at Kmart, and the kids caught fish right from the dock! The price was pretty reasonable, and the customer service was great.

The rental condo was clean, well equipped, and just as advertised on the website! We came in late, and it was a little difficult to find the condo in the dark. Someone at the management office (1:15am) was able to help us over the phone. Thanks again, we’ll be coming back next year for sure!

This house was perfect for the occasion. It was very clean and well-maintained, and was close to biking trails as well as the Stateline Casino area. The deck, hot tub, pool table, and fireplace were all essential to the enjoyment. The staff was very easy to work with and had excellent customer service, I would definitely use them again.

This was a great vacation home! The upstairs loft was a fantastic hang out for the kids, and the huge deck was also a great place to relax. The boat dock was very convenient, and everyone was so friendly.

We selected the rental home because of the location and the view off of the deck… and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed boating during the day, and the evenings were spent barbecuing with friends. The home was large enough for everyone to feel comfortable and have their “own space.” The men enjoyed the large TVs and bedrooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated with the master being our favorite. We would recommend this home for the value and for the excellent customer service. We enjoyed the welcome package and the ease in reserving the home, and checking in and out.

Nice neighborhood, very quiet, and a charming Lake Tahoe feel. An easy commute to everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer. The rental home was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. The backyard was great for relaxing and barbecuing.
